I hear ya! I’m determined to become a grill master this summer. I’m discovering it’s an exercise in patience. A couple times my grill wasn’t hot enough so I had to abandoned ship and finish cooking whatever I was making under the broiler. Whoops!

Hahahaha, it’s warm where I live (Oregon). The temps have been hovering around high 70 since April! Seems like our area is zooming past spring and going full throttle into summer. My little’ole grill is going to get quite the workout in the next couple of months! More BBQ, here we come!

Looooooove a good slab of ribs during the summer. These look so good that I had to turn off the video when you got to the finished product because it was making me too hungry which was making me hangry. LOL

Move over spring?? It’s only just arrived here Christine! We can’t be sure when summer will arrive, or indeed that we might slip back into winter (heaven forbid)! But I’ve got to say that it wouldn’t really make any difference as to what time of the year it was, I’d happily be out BBQ’ing these sweet and succulent bbq ribs in ALL weathers! And the BBQ sauce? The thought of it has me drooling right now!!
