Myron is a little bugger, for sure! Kieran is remarkably patient when it comes to DIY which is good bc he’s married to me. I normally go your route, which is call in the professionals, ha! 😀

OMG I love your cat! We have a cat called Begbie. He doesn’t like it when he’s not the centre of attention either! I tell you what Christine, Kieran is a lot better than me at any DIY. Hat’s off to him. I mean it’s taken me 5 years to get paving slabs down in our garden to put our garden shed on. And even then, in the end I called a landscape gardening company in to do that! Ha ha ha! Good job here!

Thanks so much, David! Kieran didn’t end up using the extra wood, in fact, he bought 2 2×3’s too many. He’s looking forward to using them in another project – and holy crap do we have a ton of projects coming down the pipeline! I hope you do make some shelves! Thanks again!

Holy storage space from heaven, Batman! I am literally drooling over how well this project turned out. You might drool over a recipe. I drool over storage shelves. I have a lot (like a stupid lot) of plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, serving trays and everything else under the sun, and our basement storage area is woefully lacking. Now I want to copy Kieran’s prowess and create a shelving system in our house. Maybe when Robbie moves out to college. Haha! Seriously, though, well done! And I’ve gotta know…did you need the 2 extra 2x3s?

Gurrl, we be DIY’ing all over up in hurrr! Our house is an elderly lady. She’s adorable and sometimes ornery and severely lacking in storage options. We “could” go out and buy storage but it’s more fun and more efficient to make pieces that fit our house perfectly. We have a ridiculous amount of projects coming down the pipeline.
